Two men arrested for alleged crack-cocaine possession
BATH, N.Y. (WENY) – Two people were arrested after police conducted a search warrant that resulted in the discovery of crack-cocaine in an apartment at 6 Chestnut Street in the Village of Bath.
Police say on February 6, Village of Bath police officers were assisted in the search by the Steuben County Sheriff's Office in coordination with the Steuben County District Attorney's Drug Initiative.
During the search, police say crack-cocaine with a street value of $2,850 was found.
63-year-old Walter Wilhem of Bath was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third and seventh degrees.
He was sent to the Steuben County Jail on $10,000 cash bail.
29-year-old William Seymore of Rochester was also arrested. He was also charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third and seventh degrees. He was sent to the Steuben County Jail on $25,000 cash bail.
