Today we start off with some pokes of sunshine here and there, quickly turning cloudy later into the afternoon. Scattered snow showers will break out later in the evening, and continue into the morning of Presidents Day. Snow accumulations will average 1-3". Higher totals are possible in the northwestern reaches of our viewing area. The chance for a trace to a few hundredths of an inch of ice is possible as well, especially down into the Northern Tier of PA. That is the main culprit for our Winter Weather Advisory.
