We are looking at mostly cloudy skies today, along with scattered showers and a few possible afternoon t-storms. Areas in the Northern Tier of PA will see more sunshine to kick off the morning. Winds will switch out of the northwest and become breezy at times as a cold front continues its track through the Twin Tiers. That front will stall out a bit over PA Wednesday, which will keep our skies on the cloudy side. A passing shower can't be ruled out in Pennsylvania for tomorrow. Temps will again only rise into the lower 60s on average. Another low pressure system will lift towards the region for Thursday and Friday, bringing more rain. Some heavy downpours are possible along with a minor flash flooding threat.
