Steuben County Dairy Festival kicks of 63rd year with parade
BATH, N.Y. (WENY) -- The Steuben County Dairy Festival kicks off this weekend with the annual parade tomorrow morning.
The "Dairyland Mysteries" themed parade begins at 10:30 at the Steuben County Fairgrounds.
The festival honors the U.S. dairy industry and farming heritage with craft food and vendors, agricultural displays, a car show, tractor pull, kids activities, and more.
If you're planning to attend the celebrations, there will be no parking on the parade route starting at 8 a.m.
Liberty Street from Washington Street to Steuben Street will be closed to traffic.
The parade route is as follows: The parade assembles at the Fairgrounds, proceeds out of the gate on East Washington Street, then proceeds South on Gansevoort Street to East Steuben Street, West on East Steuben Street to Liberty Street, North on Liberty Street to Geneva Street, North on Geneva Street to Warden Street, East on Warden Street and concluding at the Fairgrounds.
The festival at the fairgrounds runs from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
