The 2019 Tour De Keuka is just around the corner, and to help get the word out a kickoff to the annual event was held at Kingsbury's Cyclery in Elmira on Thursday night.

This year there are four different routes:

100 miles, 60 miles, 45 miles, and a 17.5 mile route - something for everyone.

This year, the event will take place on July 20th. Tour De Keuka gives riders a up close and personal look at the scenery surrounding Keuka Lake, and it helps a great cause too! The event helps raise money for the Food Bank of the Southern Tier.

"So last year we had about 240 participants, and all together they raised over one hundred and nine  (109)  thousand dollars, which is a lot of money, and it provided almost three hundred thousand meals to neighbors in need," explained Katherine Strawser, the Food Bank Community Engagement Manager.

Registration is available the day of the event, July 20th. You can also register online -- go to: tourdekeuka.com
