'Urban Arts Crawl' offers a unique way to experience art
CORNING, N.Y. (WENY) -- If you're an art lover, this next event is for you. "Urban Arts Crawl" in Corning happens on the last Friday of every month. Some of the participating places include the Rakow Library at the Corning Museum of Glass, the West End Gallery on Market Street, as well as the Rockwell Museum and Kids Rockwell Art Lab. People can enjoy things like artist talks, demonstrations, exhibitions, and much more. With admission to all the art locations being free of charge.
"If you've never been to the 'Urban Arts Crawl', it's just a really great experience to be social, see something new," said Rockwell Museum marketing manager, Willa Vogel. "We always say that it's really for seasoned art collectors, as well as people who just want to see something different. So it's really accessible to any level of art enthusiast."
