(WENY) -- If you're a fan of polka music, ethnic foods, and having fun for a good cause, there's an upcoming event for you! For the first time in over 30 years, the Bradford Polish Picnic is returning. 

The event is set to take place on Sunday, September 1st from noon to 4:00 p.m. at the Bath Fire Department, located on 7603 county route 20 (19.82 mi)
Bradford, New York. Officials say there will be tents set up outside, so it is scheduled to happen, rain or shine. 

It will feature Fritz' Polka Band, and include a wide range of activities for the whole family to enjoy. It's also free to enter and park. 

The Polish Picnic is sponsored by the Bradford and Savona Fire Departments. Money raised from the event will go towards purchasing new equipment and training.
