Gilroy shooting victim remembered at memorial in New York
KEUKA LAKE, N.Y. (WENY) - A New York man who was one of the three victims killed at the California's Gilroy Garlic Festival this past summer will be remembered at a memorial service.
According to reports, the service for 25-year-old Trevor Irby is happening today at Keuka College in the Finger Lakes Region. Irby is a Seneca County native.
He irradiate from Keuka College in 2017, where he studied biology and was a known athlete. A memorial scholarship in his name was announced earlier this month.
Irby, along with a 6-year-old boy and 13-year-old girl were all killed when a teenager opened fire at the Gilroy Festival on July 28th, before taking his own life.
