Watkins Glen, NY (WENY) -- A ribbon cutting ceremony was held for a Watkins Glen restaurant that has re-opened after months of being closed.

Graft Wine and Cider is a restaurant specializing in locally sourced wines and hard ciders. They're also offering a seasonal rotating menu featuring tapas style plates but also full entrees. Graft's owner, chef Orlando Rodriguez, knows exactly what his customers will gravitate to having come from further up the lake from Glenora wine cellars.

This comes after the former owners closed their doors earlier this year after four years in business.

Rodriguez said though there's a rotating menu there's something for everyone.

“We are a tapas style restaurant so we do have small plates but we also have some entree size plates that you can come and have also. There's a little something for everyone. It's not a big menu but everything is very flavorful.” said Rodriguez.

They're located at 204 N. Franklin street.
