HORSEHEADS, N.Y. (WENY) – There is a free rabies clinic hosted by the Chemung County SPCA today. Today's clinic is being held at the Horseheads Town Hall. That is located on Wygant Road.

The clinic will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. All dogs, cats and ferrets are welcome to get vaccinated for free. Dogs must be on a leash.

All animals must be at least 3 months in order to receive a rabies shot.
