Driver killed, passenger critically injured after single-car wreck in Bradford County
MONROE TOWNSHIP, PA (WENY) – One person was killed and another critically injured after their SUV hit a tree and rolled over on November 30 in Bradford County.
According to Pennsylvania State Police, 22-year-old Terilyn Walters was driving an SUV on Woodside Road when it left the road and hit a tree.
The SUV then overturned and came to rest on the driver side.
Troopers say Walters was partially ejected and was pronounced dead at the scene. The passenger, 27-year-old Angel Strope, was air lifted to Robert Packer Hospital and is listed in critical condition.
Troopers say neither women were wearing their seat belts.
The crash remains under investigation.
According to her obituary, Tuesday would have been Terilyn's 23rd birthday.
