A fast moving clipper system will pass through the Twin Tiers on Friday with snow showers likely early followed by a mix of rain and snow showers during the afternoon.  Temperatures will top out in the lower 40s, which will limit accumulations to less than an inch during the morning.  Sunshine will return on Saturday with highs only near 30.
