Pennsylvania's Health Secretary says people should not expect a quick return to the pre-pandemic way of life

HARRISBURG, PA (WENY) – People in Pennsylvania should not expect a quick return to the pre-pandemic way of life. That's according to the state's Health Secretary.
Doctor Rachel Levine says people should not expect this even after pandemic restrictions begin to ease in some counties next month. She goes onto say “I think there will be a new normal.”
Earlier, Levine said she believed it was too soon to tell whether social distancing measures would continue into the summer months. Yesterday, health officials in the state announced that there have been 1,537 coronavirus deaths in the state.
