UPDATE (5/3/20 at 10:42 a.m.) -- The Steuben County Sheriff’s Office arrested 40-year-old, Ryan Reynolds of Campbell, NY on Friday. Investigators believe the 40-year-old was involved in the acts on April 29th. According to a press release from Corning Police Department, "He was arraigned yesterday afternoon in Bath at the County’s C.A.P Court and released." Reynolds is facing 2 counts of Criminal Mischief in the 2nd Degree, which is a felony, as well as 1 count of Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree.

CORNING, N.Y. (WENY) -- Police are investigating after more than 20 vehicles had their tires slashed on the City's northside and the Village of Riverside.

On Wednesday at about 7:00 a.m., Corning Police received a report from a resident on the northside that their tires had been slashed. Officers began investigating and found at least 20 other damaged vehicles.

Police say other agencies are investigating similar reports in the Village of Riverside as well. Corning Police is currently working with members of the New York State Police and Steuben County Sheriff's Office because they believe all these incidents are related.
