Elmira, NY- Arnot Mall is moving stores to the event center and is planning to be open every weekend, starting Saturday, from 11 AM to 6 PM.

The Southern Tier has officially entered into phase four of the reopening process but malls will remain closed. When the Southern Tier entered phase two shops with direct access to the outdoors were allowed to operate on a limited basis but not every store had the luxury of reopening at this time. 

According to Arnot Malls Facebook page, six shops will have tables in the events center this week; they are as follows: Bills Bullpen, Happy Hippo, Fabulous Microblading, Ageless Spa and Pookies Little Britches More businesses are projected to open as time goes on.
