CHEMUNG COUNTY, N.Y. (WENY) – There are three litters of cats on the adoption floor. The cat adoption room is full right now. Arynn Brucie with the Chemung County SPCA is encouraging people to check out their Facebook and website to learn more about the pets available for adoption.

The shelter is offering low-cost vaccine clinics. As of yesterday, people can request to make an appointment. The first clinic will be held July 25th.
