Low pressure over the Tennessee Valley will lift towards the Mid Atlantic coast Thursday with occasional light snow expected for us across the Twin Tiers.  The snow will develop near daybreak over the Northern Tier of PA and then up into the Southern Tier of NY by mid to late morning.  The snow will continue through the afternoon, steady at times, but generally light.  The snow will continue overnight and into Friday morning before tapering by midday Friday.  Despite the fact that we're expecting snow for a good 24 hours, accumulations will tend to be light with 2-5" expected across Chemung, Tioga(NY), Bradford and Tioga (PA) counties and lesser amounts farther northwest up towards the Finger Lakes.
