PAINTED POST, N.Y. (WENY) – Another KFC restaurant is coming to the Southern Tier.

Company officials confirmed to WENY News a new Kentucky Fried Chicken location is opening in Painted Post at 243 North Hamilton Street.

Right now, officials say the restaurant is scheduled to open around January 2022, but no specific opening date has been set yet.

In 2019, KFC opening a new location along Grand Central Avenue in Horseheads.
