Snow showers associated with a clipper system and cold front will quickly pass through the Twin Tiers tonight with minor accumulations expected.  Snowfall amounts will generally range up to 1" in the valleys with localized 1-2" amounts across the hilltops.  Much colder air will arrive Thursday with daytime temperatures remaining in the 20s.  Gusty winds will also develop behind the front and will drop wind chills into the teens and single digits at times.
