A traveling replica of the Vietnam Wall arrives in Eldridge Park Elmira today. The opening ceremony will begin at 4 PM and continue through 4 PM, July 4th. Tonight, will be very mild with lows only falling into the low-60s under mainly clear skies. Some patchy fog could also develop as we head towards daybreak Friday.

A very hazy, hot and humid day for Friday, as temperatures will climb into the low-90s, with dew points in the low-60s. At this point, most of the day will remain dry, but some late day thunderstorms can't be ruled out as a cold front starts to approach from the west. Overnight Friday, rain showers and thunderstorms are likely.

Saturday will still some scattered showers and storms, but they start to clear out as we head into the afternoon. Highs will be much more manageable, with most reaching the low-80s.
