ITHACA, N.Y. (WENY) - Ithaca Police are investigating a report of a commercial burglary at a bottle and can return center.

On June 28th at around 9:30 PM, IPD officers were sent to K&H Redemption Center at 900 West State Street.

When officers arrived, they noticed a cash register which had been forced open with an undisclosed amount of cash missing.

According to the original complaint, someone reported witnessing an unidentified male wearing a mask running from the closed business which prompted a call to IPD.
