Since the middle of October, we have been stuck in warmer than normal pattern. Despite few, brief cool breaks, conditions have been rather pleasant in our neck of the woods. It is looking likely that November will kick off with this pattern , as the jet stream bulges into Canada.

Consequently, our daytime highs for the next week will soar into the upper 60s and low 70s. Our average high for early November should be in the mid 50s. Night time conditions will be pretty mild too, as overnight lows will fail to fall below 40 degrees. Some nights could be similar to summertime since these nights could see lows in the upper 50s. A typical overnight low in early November should be around freezing.

Some of our long range models are hinting of a pattern chance late next week that will bring us back to reality. As always, stay with WENY-TV for your updates.
