ELMIRA, N.Y. (WENY) - Coffee with the Chief returns Wednesday, December 14th in Elmira.

The event will take place at the Elmira Tea and Coffee House on 100 West Water Street tomorrow from 4 to 5 PM.

People can meet EPD chief Anthony Alvernaz and Elmira Fire Department chief Andrew Mallow. While meeting with them, people can grab a cup of coffee and learn more about how the police and fire departments work.
