HORSEHEADS, NY (WENY) -- New York State Police and members of the Horseheads Police Department were at Exotic Gifts N Dreams about 1 p.m. Thursday, May 25th. Officers in uniform and plainclothes could be seen going in and out of the shop, removing items in bags and placing them in a vehicle parked outside.

According to New York State Police, this is part of an ongoing investigation into the operation of sticker shops in the region, which "gift" marijuana to customers with the purchase of a sticker or other items.

State Police say no arrests were made.

Police also raided the Buds :"R" Us sticker shop on North Franklin Street in Watkins Glen Thursday.
