Showers will continue early this morning as the cold front continues to move East. Some showers this morning could contain heavy rainfall, which could lead to localized flash flooding. Flood watch in effect until 8 am Wednesday for Tioga(NY), Bradford and Tioga(PA) counties. Patchy fog this morning will give way to partly sunny skies by the afternoon. You sill might need a few extra minutes this morning as you head out the door! Temperatures will be around 70. Drier weather continues overnight tonight with lows on the cooler side in the upper-40s. The cooler temperatures overnight will likely continue into the upcoming weekend, before returning to the lower-50s. The clouds should continue to clear out with plenty of sunshine expected Thursday. Highs will be cooler in the upper-60s, but will be back to the 70s on Friday with the sunny skies continuing. Hurricane Lee will pass by to the East during the day Saturday. We could see an increase in clouds cover, and a slight breeze from the storm. Highs will in the low to mid-70s. The 70s will continue through the end of the weekend and into early next week. Fair skies will end out the weekend. Our next system will pass by Monday with a few showers possible. Drier conditions move back in by Tuesday.
