We're starting to see more color emerging across the Twin Tiers, especially across some of the higher elevations.  Patchy color will persist through the weekend with another week or two to go before we approach peak color across the Twin Tiers.  Temperatures this weekend will rise into the low and mid 70s on Saturday and into the upper 70s on Sunday under mostly sunny skies.
