Sun and clouds are expected on Halloween as temperatures remain below-average in the mid to upper-40s. Temperatures will be falling through the 30s as trick-or treaters are heading out Tuesday evening with partly sunny skies. A layer or two could be beneficial for some trick-or treaters! An isolated rain or snow showers cannot be ruled on Wednesday as a weak system passes by. Otherwise, it should be dry under a mix of sun and clouds with the rest of the week looking dry. Temperatures will be slightly cooler Wednesday in the mid-40s followed by a gradual rise through the 40s and into the mid-50s for Friday. Clouds will begin to increase ahead of our next system on Saturday, but it should remain dry. Temperatures will be in the upper-50s by Saturday afternoon. Scattered showers will develop Sunday and continue on Monday as low pressures moves in from the West. We should see temperatures in the mid-50s.
