Rain and Breezy Conditions Return

Clouds will be on the increase on Friday ahead of a cold front that will bring showers into the afternoon and evening. Before the front arrives, temperatures will be on the mild side in the low to mid-60s. Winds will pick up as the day goes on with gusts up to 30 mph, especially across the higher terrain. Rain will likely continue into the overnight and taper by Saturday morning. Rainfall amounts will average between a quarter and half an inch. Cooler air moves in for the weekend. It will be blustery on Saturday with highs in the mid-40s and breezy conditions continuing. If you are heading out this weekend, make sure to bundle up! Fair skies are likely both Saturday and Sunday. Highs will continue in the 40s into early next week. Partly sunny skies stick around Monday with the dry weather. Our next system will approach on Tuesday with period of rain likely. Highs will be in the upper-40s Tuesday and cool down through the 40s into the upper-30s by Thanksgiving. A few showers could stick around into Wednesday with a mix of rain and snow. Partly sunny skies return for Thanksgiving with a few flurries possible. No accumulation is expected at this time.
