We will be ending out the week with plenty of sunshine across the Twin Tiers. Highs will be in the low to mid-40s on Thursday followed by the low to mid-50s on Friday. This will be nearly 10 to 15 degrees above-average for this time of year! The dry trend will remain in place on Saturday as high pressure that has been controlling our weather pattern begins to break down. Partly sunny skies are likely with highs around 50. Sunday will start off dry, but our next low pressure system will begin to lift north along the East Coast. We could see showers as early as Sunday late afternoon and evening. Rain will be likely Monday accompanied by gusty winds as well. Highs will be in the upper-40s on Monday and Sunday. As the system exits the region, cooler air will move in for the midweek. Highs will be in the mid-30s on Tuesday and a few snow showers cannot be ruled out. Otherwise, it will be dry under mostly cloudy skies. Temperatures will be in the upper-30s on Wednesday under partly sunny skies.
