ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WENY) -- The U.S. Attorney's Office out of Rochester announced on Wednesday, February 7th, that a 55-year-old Elmira man will spend the next 10 years in prison after being convicted of possessing child pornography. Eugene Criss was convicted of possession of child pornography by an individual with a prior sex offense conviction. 

Criss was convicted back in 2013 of criminal sex act with a victim less than 11-years-old. According to the U.S. Attorney's Office, Criss was found with over 1000 images of child pornography on multiple electronic devices.
