February has proved no different from how this winter has been going with above average temperatures.  Each day so far in February has featured above average high temperatures and that trend looks to continue at least through the upcoming weekend.  Eventually, some cooler and more seasonable weather will return by Tuesday and Wednesday of next week with high temperatures expected to drop back into the mid 30s.
