Clouds will be increasing as the day goes on with temperatures in the upper-30s and lower-40s. As low pressure approaches on Friday, a few snow showers will be possible late. The best chance for showers will be Friday night as a warm front lifts through the region with a mix of rain and snow showers. Temperatures will range in the 30s overnight with windy conditions picking up. The following cold front will pass by Saturday with rain and snow showers likely accompanied by gusty winds. Roads could be a bit icy and slushy in the morning from the rain/snow mix, so take extra time tomorrow morning. The wintry mix will taper as snow showers as temperatures begin to drop back through the 30s.  A slushy inch or two of accumulation is possible, especially across the higher terrain. The second half of the weekend is looking much drier with temperatures in the lower-40s under mostly sunny skies. A warming trend is in store for early next week with highs in the mid-50s on Monday and Tuesday. Clouds will be increasing Tuesday ahead of our next system, which will bring the chance for showers on Wednesday and Thursday. Temperatures will be in the upper-40s and lower-50s.
