RIVERSIDE, N.Y. (WENY) -- New York State Police have identified the woman who allegedly set fire to a Fastrac gas station/convenience store and threatened people with a knife in Riverside on Friday, March 29th.

Police said they responded to a report of a woman with a knife setting fire to the Fastrac around 1 a.m.  Before law enforcement arrived, the woman threatened people passing by.  When police arrived, NYSP said she threatened to kill law enforcement officers.

Troopers said they arrested 37-year-old Abbi E. Fuller of Painted Post, N.Y. 

Police say Fuller was charged with Arson in the 3rd (C Felony), Menacing a Police Officer (D Felony), Criminal Mischief in the 3rd (E Felony), Arson in the 5th (A Misdemeanor), Menacing in the 2nd (A Misdemeanor) and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 4th (A Misdemeanor). She was arraigned in Steuben County CAP court and released on her own recognizance.

The New York State Police, Painted Post Police Department, Corning Police Department, Steuben County Sheriff’s Office, and Painted Post Fire Department all responded to the scene.
