Low pressure will continue to exit to the east resulting in showers tapering off in the early morning hours. Area of dense fog will be possible followed by mostly cloudy skies into the afternoon. Highs will be in the mid-70s. Overnight, lows will be in the lower-40s under partly cloudy skies. High pressure will briefly take over on Tuesday with mostly sunny skies. Highs will be in the upper-70s, around 80 degrees. Clouds roll in Tuesday night with rain showers. These showers will continue through the end of the week as numerous systems sweep through the Twin Tiers. Temperatures will rise up to 80 on Wednesday with showers and a few thunderstorms possible. Highs will be ranging throughout the 60s on Thursday and Friday with chances for rain showers. The start of the weekend is currently looking dry with fair skies. Highs will remain in the low to mid-60s on Saturday and Sunday. The second half of the weekend is showing the return of rain showers.
