CORNING, N.Y. (WENY) -- A crash around noon on Friday, May 24th snarled traffic on the I-86 in both directions for hours. According to the WENY News reporter on the scene, a tractor trailer rollover caused delays that were felt the hardest between the exit for Gibson Bridge and the exit for the Corning Museum of Glass.

As of the last update around 1 p.m., the only open eastbound lane was being diverted to Route 352 and into Downtown Corning via Dennison Parkway while both westbound lanes were closed. No word yet on any injuries.
