    HORSEHEADS, N.Y. (WENY) -- We're just a few days away from Thanksgiving. If you're still scrambling to get that turkey, you're not alone. The few days leading up to the holiday are some of the busiest of the year for grocery stores. That's certainly the case at Jubilee Foods in Horseheads. Shelves have been fully stocked and inventory ordered well in advanced. And while these few days are certainly hectic, management says they're more than prepared for all those extra shoppers.

    DANSVILLE, N.Y. (WENY) - A Steuben County man is facing drug charges after a traffic stop. 24-year-old Canisteo resident Nicholas Arce was stopped on State Route 36 in Dansville. Police say he had what they suspect is heroin. Arce was charged with 3rd degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was sent to the Steuben County Jail on $10,000 bail.

    After the the former Seneca Army Depot was bought by Seneca Iron Works owner, Earl Martin, he teamed up with Seneca White Deer Incorporated and Deer Haven Park, LLC. to preserve wildlife. This partnership will be the first step in creating a permanent eco-tourism attraction at the depot.
